Grandwork Interior Pte Ltd, the multiple-award-winning custom interior fittings firm, was founded in 1996 by Mr. Jay Chiu.
Grandwork’s specialties include interior fit-out works, restoration and custom-made furniture for both minor and large-scale projects.
Having ventured into the global market, Grandwork has now established a strong presence in Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines and Australia. Manufacturing activities are primarily carried out at its 140,000 sq. ft. facility headquartered in Singapore and a 15,000 sq. ft. facility in Thailand.

The CCRC is a 54,000 sq-m landmark comprising business support facilities, retail amenities, entertainment facilities as well as food and beverage outlets
2010 marked Grandwork’s entry into the healthcare sector with the commencement of various healthcare projects such as addition and alteration works to St. Andrew’s Community Hospital. Other healthcare segment forays included fit-out contracts for both the National Health Centre and Singhealth. Following these projects, Grandwork was appointed the main contractor for renovation works at the children’s wards in KK Women’s & Children’s Hospital.
Going Green & Healthy
Committed to creating a healthy and eco-friendly working environment, Grandwork has differentiated itself by integrating environmentally friendly F****-standard materials into the manufacture of its furniture and fittings. Graded by Japan Plywood Inspection Corporation (JPIC), F**** materials are formaldehyde-free that disperse none or a negligible level of formaldehyde-based by-products into the environment. Formaldehyde is toxic, allergenic and has been classified as a known carcinogen by the State of California and the World Health Organisation (WHO). In-line with Japan’s strict product standards. Grandwork is among a handful of companies in Southeast Asia authorized to export its products and services to Japan.
